Letting a Property

Are you ready to let your property? If yes, select the nearest CENTURY 21® branch and the agent at the same time who is pleasant to you, has experience in letting properties, and has realized the sale of a property similar to that of yours. A CENTURY 21 real estate agent will discuss the methods how to let your property quickly and at the best price with you!

Forms of Cooperation

The most commonly chosen forms of cooperation with an estate agency are:

  1. Exclusive Agency

In case of this form of cooperation the owner of a property is represented by one (exclusive) agency only. Thanks to the sophisticated reference cooperation system, a CENTURY 21 agent also cooperates with other agencies within the CENTURY 21 network that could bring a suitable tenant. We ensure letting for you as soon as possible in this way. Exclusive cooperation also means that you have only one contact person with whom you solve all issues connected with letting your property, and so the rights, the obligations, and especially the responsibility of your real estate agent are set clearly

  2. Non-exclusive Agency

In case of non-exclusive agency the owner of a property is represented by two or more real estate agencies. A property offered by more entities usually competes with it itself on the market and this often results in confusing an inquiring client who mostly ignores such offers because he or she is unable to familiarize himself or herself with them. The unclear responsibility of an agent connected with non-exclusive agency may result in lower commitment to work.
